§ 73.51 CLINGING TO MOTOR VEHICLE.
   No person riding upon any bicycle, roller skates, mini-bike, motorcycle, coaster, sled, skis or toy vehicle shall attach the same or himself or herself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway, and it shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to suffer or permit any person traveling upon any bicycle, roller skates, mini-bike, motorcycle, coaster, sled, skis or toy vehicle to cling to or attach himself or herself or his or her bicycle, roller skates, mini-bike, motorcycle, coaster, sled, skis or toy vehicle to such vehicle so driven and operated by him or her.
