(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 131.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, or plea of guilty, nolo contendere, shall be punished by a fine of $25, and costs for the first offense, and not more than $50, and costs for subsequent convictions.
