§ 112.04 EXEMPTION.

Nothing in this subchapter will be construed as to prohibit nonprofit organizations from allowing its members to play the game of pool, at no charge, on said nonprofit organizations’ premises. Further, nonprofit organizations are exempt from § 112.02(A).
