§ 112.03 AUTHORITY.
   The City Council shall have the power to stop the operation of any business operating within its boundaries found not to be in compliance with §§ 112.01 and/or 112.02 until such business complies with all rules, and regulations, set forth by the Mayor, and City Council, in this subchapter.
