(A) Sewer service charges, and assessment, shall be established by ordinance. The monthly rates for sewerage system use shall be billed to each user from the city. City ordinance has established the date as the fifteenth of the month, when such rates first become payable.
(B) Sewerage system charges shall become due, and payable, on the fixed date. Unpaid sewerage system service charges due from users of the sewerage system shall become delinquent.
(C) All payments and collections of sewer service charges under this subchapter shall be deposited in the Operation, Maintenance, and Repair Revenue Fund (OM&R) of the city. The OM&R Revenue Fund may be used for, but not limited to, the payment of reasonable administration costs, professional services, fees, and expenses of collection of the charges, and connection fees, imposed by this subchapter.
