(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Any person found in violation of §§ 113.01 through 113.09 of this chapter may be fined no less than $10 or no more than $50 for each violation. Each day a place of amusement is operated without a license shall be deemed a separate offense.
(C) Any person or group failing to obtain a permit, as per §§ 113.20 through 113.23 of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $100.
