§ 113.23  PERMIT HOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES; REVOCATION OF PERMIT WHEN.
   The permit holder shall be responsible for the conduct of persons attending the dance and the permit is subject to immediate revocation upon the failure of the holder to maintain law and order and/or to conform to a high standard of morality, ethics and conduct.
