(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50 and/or 30 days in jail. ('75 Code, § 3-7-1(C)) (Ord. passed 1-12-89)
(B) In addition to the provisions in division (A), any person, firm or corporation who violates § 70.02 shall be responsible for restitution to the town for any damages caused by the violator. (Ord. passed 1-12-89)
