(A) No person, firm or corporation shall operate any fixed winged aircraft or helicopter on the beach strand, dune areas, residential area, conservation areas, recreation areas, or roadways within the town limits.
(B) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the operation of emergency rescue aircraft or helicopter while in the performance of such service.
