§ 35.100 RECORDS; REPORTS.
   (A)   The records of the County Economic Development Commission are public records.
   (B)   (1)   The County Economic Development Commission shall file a report, within 30 days after its initial meeting and on each subsequent January 31, with the County Council and with the Director of the State Economic Development Corporation.
      (2)   These reports must be in writing on a form prescribed by the State Economic Development Corporation, and must contain all information required in that form.
