§ 35.046 TERM OF AGREEMENT.

   (A)   The agreement, on a trial basis, shall be in force and effect for the term of one year from the date of execution hereof.

   (B)   This agreement will then automatically renew itself each year for an additional one-year period, unless either legislative body enacts legislation to the contrary.
