§ 35.040 ROLE OF BUILDING COMMISSIONER AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
   For the purposes of the agreement between the City of Logansport and the county, the City Building Commissioner will act as the City-County Building Commissioner, and the County Zoning Administrator will act as the City-County Zoning Administrator.
