§ 35.011 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   Ordinance 84-17 shall be in full force and effect from and after January 1, 1985, following its adoption by the Logansport Common Council and the Board of County Commissioners. Any amendments to this subchapter may be made by following the procedure used for its original adoption.
