At least twice each year, in the months of July and December, a committee comprised of the Mayor of Logansport, the Board of County Commissioners, the Presidents of the Logansport and Cass County Councils, the Presidents of the Logansport and Cass County Plan Commissions, the Executive Director of the Logansport-Cass County Planning Department, the Auditor of Cass County, and the Logansport Clerk-Treasurer shall meet for the purpose of reviewing all on-going work and projects of the Department, and the respective goals of each government jurisdiction.
