§ 35.004 ANNUAL BUDGET.
   A Joint Budget Committee comprised of the members of both Plan Commission’s Budget Committees and the Executive Director of the Department shall be responsible for preparing and recommending an annual combined budget for consideration by the two Commissions and the City and County Councils.
