§ 35.002 DEPARTMENT STAFF.
   The Planning Department shall, at a minimum, be staffed by a full-time Executive Director, a part-time Assistant Director, and a full-time Zoning Administrator, whose salaries shall be shared by Logansport and the county in accordance with an annual budget adopted by the Logansport Council and the County Council.
