§ 33.56 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
   There is established and created within county government, a department which shall be identified as the “Cass County Emergency Services Department”, which is hereby created for the purposes of providing emergency medical services to the citizens of the county.
