§ 130.03 USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS.
   (A)   No tobacco products shall be used in any facility or in any enclosed motor vehicle owned, leased or operated by the county government of Logansport, or within 25 feet of a public entrance to the facilities, including the jail facilities.
