§ 130.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Persons not prosecuted for criminal trespass in connection with a violation of § 130.01(A) shall be subject to civil penalties for the violation of § 130.01(A) in the amount of $2,000 per violation.
