§ 94.44 POISONING ANIMALS.

It shall be unlawful for any person with the intent to destroy or kill any dog, cat or other animal to feed the dog, cat or other animal, or animal at large, any poisoned food or to leave poisoned food about where it may be found and eaten or consumed by any such animal.
