§ 94.44 POISONING ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, with the intent to destroy or kill any dog, cat, or other animal, to feed the dog, cat, or other animal, or animal at large, any poisoned food, or to leave poisoned food about where it may be found and eaten or consumed by any such animal.
