§ 94.41 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deliberately starve, torture, beat or ill-treat any dog, cat or any other animal. Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in accordance with § 94.99.
