§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   In addition to the penalty described in § 93.15(D)(9), any snowmobile operator and/or passenger shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100 for the violation of the rules and regulations of France Park, as further described in § 93.15.

   (C)   Any person found in violation of the restrictions described in § 93.17 shall subject to a fine not to exceed $500 per occurrence.
