RULES AND REGULATIONS
(A) France Park was established in the spring of 1967. It is located on United States Highway 24, four miles west of Logansport, State Rural Route Six, in the county. It is open year-round.
(B) The following fees govern France Park:

(C) (1) Alcohol is not allowed in the park.
(2) Animals or vehicles are not allowed on the beach.
(3) No pass outs, except campers.
(4) All visitors must pay.
(5) The county is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
(6) All pets must be on a leash at all times.
(7) Firearms are prohibited in the park.
(8) Cutting of standing trees is prohibited.
(9) The park speed limit is ten mph.
(10) Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
(D) (1) The Park Superintendent shall designate certain trails in France Park to be available to snowmobilers for their recreational use and enjoyment.
(2) These trails shall be appropriately marked for such use by snowmobilers.
(3) The snowmobilers shall remain on such designated snowmobile trails during their use of the trails within France Park.
(4) All snowmobiles must be state-registered, with the registration numbers being appropriately displayed. No modified or racing snowmobiles shall be permitted.
(5) The hours of operation of France Park for the use of snowmobiles shall be posted. The opening and closing of the park for snowmobilers shall be at the discretion of the Park Superintendent.
(6) The Superintendent of France Park shall post, in an open, conspicuous spot, the rules and regulations governing the use of such trail by the snowmobile driver and passengers.
(7) The snowmobiles shall be operated on the marked trails in a safe and reasonable manner.
(8) The snowmobiles shall not be operated in a reckless and unsafe manner.
(9) The Park Superintendent and/or designated personnel shall also have the right to remove any snowmobile operator and/or passenger from the park for violating the general rules of the park.

(A) The Logansport Parks and Recreation Department has the permission of the Board of County Commissioners to gather the remnant parts of the fountain in an attempt to repair, restore, and reassemble the fountain for placement in Spencer Park in Logansport.
(B) If repair, restoration, and reassembly of the fountain is feasible and occurs through the efforts of individuals associated with the Logansport Parks and Recreation Department, the fountain shall remain in Spencer Park on display as long as it is maintained by the Logansport Parks and Recreation Department.
(C) All funding for the repair, restoration, reassembly, operation, and maintenance of the fountain shall be the responsibility of the Logansport Parks and Recreation Department.
(D) The provisions of this section shall be in force upon acceptance of the parts of the fountain by an employee, volunteer, or representative of the Logansport Parks and Recreation Department.

The following rules and regulations shall govern the use of the Panhandle Pathway Trail.
(A) Only non-motorized recreational vehicles are permitted. No motorized vehicles of any type or nature are permitted on the trail, except for vehicles engaged in law enforcement, emergency response, or trail maintenance and/or repair.
(B) No horse traffic is allowed on the trail right-of-way. All pets or animals controlled by any individual using the trail shall be leashed, and that leash shall not be extended longer than six feet.
(C) Hunting and possession of firearms is prohibited on the trail.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(C) Any person found in violation of the restrictions described in § 93.17 shall subject to a fine not to exceed $500 per occurrence.
