§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions § 70.05 shall be subject to a daily fine not to exceed $500 for each day that this prohibited activity occurs.
