(A) No farming/agricultural operations shall occur either within the right of way of said county public highway, or within five feet of the paved/improved portion of said public county highway.
(B) That no farming/agricultural operations, which includes, but is not necessarily limited to end rows, and turn around shall occur within the prohibited area in division (A) above.
(C) The purpose of this section is to prevent farming/agricultural operations from damaging and/or destroying the county’s public roads.
