§ 70.06 SIGNAGE ON HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY.

(A) It is prohibited to place within any county highway right-of-way any political, commercial, or personal signage of any type and nature unless written permission from the Board of County Commissioners is received for such usage.

(B) Any unauthorized placement of such political, commercial, or personal signage shall be prohibited, and county employees are authorized to remove such signage immediately.
