(A) Any person violating any provision of this subchapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 50.25 through 50.35 may be subject to a fine of not more than $500, for a first offense; for a second offense, a fine of not more than $1,000; and for a third and each subsequent offense, by a fine of not more than $2,500.
