(A) The form of contract presented to the Board of County Commissioners entitled “Amendment to Buyers Recycling and Disposal Facility Development and Operation Agreement with Waste Management of Indiana” is approved and adopted.
(B) The amendment to this agreement in its entirety is incorporated within this section and the agreement is to be included in the Cass County Code as amended.
(C) If the terms of the amended agreement are not implemented pursuant to Paragraph 1.2, the original agreement between the county and Waste Management of Indiana, Incorporated, dated June 5, 1991, shall be reinstated.
(D) A copy of this agreement is to be kept available for public inspection in the County Auditor’s office.
