(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall be found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 52.35 through 52.43 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
