No person other than a peace officer or person licensed pursuant to O.R.S. 166.291, as now or hereafter amended, shall carry concealed on or about his or her person or carry concealed within any vehicle which is under his or her control or direction any pistol, revolver, other firearm, knife other than an ordinary pocket knife with a blade less than three and one-half inches long, dirk, dagger, stiletto, metal knuckles or weapon the use of which could inflict injury upon a person or property.
