(A) A violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $750, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both.
(B) Each violation of a separate provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense, and each day that a violation of this chapter is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) The maximum penalty for a violation of this chapter shall not exceed the maximum penalty prescribed for violation of a substantially similar offense proscribed by the Oregon Criminal Code of 1971, being O.R.S. Chs. 161 through 169.
