§ 130.044 AGGRAVATED MISCHIEF.
   (A)   No person shall violate § 130.043 and as a result thereof damage property in an amount exceeding $100.
   (B)   No person shall, while having no right to do so nor reasonable ground to believe that he or she as such right, intentionally damage property of another or recklessly damage property of another in an amount exceeding $100.
