(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person or persons convicted of or otherwise found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of § 32.02 shall be fined $5 for a first offense, $25 for a second offense and $100 for third and all subsequent offenses.
