§ 91.053 PERMIT FEES.
   (A)   General. Fees for permits required under § 91.052(J) shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of this section or shall be as set forth by resolution.
   (B)   Permit fees. The fee for each permit required under § 91.052(J) shall be as set forth as designated in divisions (B)(1), (B)(2) and (B)(3) below. The determination of the value or valuation under any of the provisions of this code shall be made by the Fire Marshal.
      (1)   Fees for private fire hydrants are to be set by resolution. The cost of permit fees associated with water main connections to the city water supply may be deducted from the contract price.
      (2)   The fee for each fire alarm permit required under § 91.052(J)(1) shall be as set forth by resolution. The value to be used in computing the permit and plan review fees shall be the total of all construction work for which the permit is issued, as well as all permanent fire alarm material and equipment.
      (3)   The fee for required permits in § 91.052(J)(3) and (J)(4) shall be set forth by resolution.
