It is the responsibility of the abutting property owners to remove snow and ice accumulations promptly from sidewalks. Sidewalks include any ADA accessible ramps. If a property owner does not remove snow and ice accumulations within 24 hours after deposit of accumulation, the City may do so and assess the actual costs, in addition to a $50 administrative fee, against the property owner, for collection in the same manner as a property tax.
