17.62.020 Applicability.
   This chapter applies to properties located within an area designated as a historic district and properties designated as individual local landmarks. The enforcement of, amendments to, and the administration of this chapter shall be accomplished in accordance with the recommendations contained in the city's general plan, as adopted from time to time.
