2.28.050 Duties.

It shall be the duty of the airport advisory board to make recommendations to the City Council regarding the following matters:

A. The improvement, equipping, maintenance and operation of the municipal airports;

B. The establishment, operation and conduct of aeronautical activities and airport support services carried on by the city or in connection with the municipal airports; and

C. Regulations, fees and charges for the operation of the municipal airports.
