17.24.160 Lot width and area requirements.
   Lot width and area requirements for the B-2 Zone shall be as follows:
   A.   The minimum lot width shall be one hundred and fifty feet except that corner lots shall have a minimum width of two hundred feet.
   B.   Minimum lot area shall be determined by building area, parking requirements and required setbacks.
