A. For the purpose of this title, the city shall be divided into the following zones:
1. UR — Urban Ranch Zone;
2. R-1 — Single-Family Residential Zone;
3. R-1a — Single-Family Residential Zone;
4. R-2 — Multi-Family Residential Zone;
5. R-3 — Multi-Family Residential Zone;
6. R-4 — Mobile Home Residential Zone;
7. B-1 — Neighborhood Business Zone;
8. B-2 — General Business Zone;
9. B-3 — Central Business Zone;
10. B-4 — Community Service Zone;
11. I-1 — Garden Industrial Zone;
12. I-2 — General Industrial Zone;
13. PAD — Planned Area Development;
14. Neighborhood Conservation District Zone;
15. Planned Area Development — Recreational Vehicle Park Overlay Zoning District;
16. CO — Commercial Office Zone;
17. RR — Rural Ranch;
18. SH — Suburban Homestead.
B. The boundaries of the zones are established as shown on a map entitled “Zoning Map of Casa Grande, Arizona,” which has been recommended and certified by the city council with the signature of the mayor affixed thereto and is made a part of this title.
