16.24.030 Inspection and engineering fees.
   Fees for the city review of construction plans and inspection of subdivision improvements as described in Section 16.20.070 of this code shall be submitted based upon three percent of the cost of improvements, plus twenty dollars per specification sheet. Fees shall be made payable to the city.
