Final plat submittals shall be accompanied by a minimum fee of three hundred dollars plus two dollars per lot for each lot in excess of ten lots for the year 1987 and three hundred fifty dollars plus three dollars per lot for 1988. Fees are payable to the city and are for the purpose of partially offsetting cost incurred by the city for necessary plat review and shall be credited to the city general fund.
