16.24.010 Preliminary plat fee.
   Each preliminary plat shall be accompanied by a fee of three hundred dollars plus two dollars per lot payable to the city for the year of 1987 and three hundred fifty dollars plus three dollars per lot for 1988 and subsequent years.
