16.12.210 Final plat requirements—Financial guarantee.
   A contractor's performance bond or other financial guarantee acceptable to the city to guarantee the complete and timely development of any facilities or improvements which are the subdivider's responsibility shall be submitted as described in Article I of Chapter 16.20.
