After approval of the preliminary plat, a final plat and required supporting material (see Sections 16.12.130 through 16.12.220) may be prepared and submitted to the planning director. The final plat shall be prepared and certified as to its accuracy by a land surveyor registered to do such work in the state of Arizona. The final plat and required supporting material shall conform to the design and engineering standards set forth in these regulations and to any conditions of approval specified by the planning and zoning commission and/or city council (see Section 16.12.300) during approval of the preliminary plat.
