The fee for irrigation service, including valve changes, shall be established in the City Consolidated Fee Schedule pursuant to Section 1.04.0170. The fees are designed to recover electrical and employee costs incurred by the city in providing the service. Any unexpected expenses, such as pump replacement or repair, will be assessed directly back to the district.
