13.08.200 Sanitary sewer.
   “Sanitary sewer” is a sewer that carries liquid and water-carried wastes from the residences, commercial buildings, industrial plants, and institutions, together with minor quantities of groundwater, stormwater and surface water that are not intentionally admitted. This definition shall also include, but not be limited to, the terms “public sewer,” “sewer system,” “sewer,” and “collection line.”
