13.04.400 Unauthorized solicitation and advertising unlawful.

A. It is unlawful for any person to solicit fares, alms or funds for any purpose on the airport without permission of the director.

B. It is unlawful for any person to post, distribute or display signs, advertisements, circulars or other printed or written matter in a public area of the airport except in locations designated by the director.
