A. In addition to the actions prohibited by Arizona law, it is unlawful for a pedestrian to cross Florence Boulevard between Marshall Street and Kadota Avenue at any location other than a marked crosswalk.
B. A pedestrian who violates the provisions of subsection A shall be guilty of a petty offense punishable by a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars.
