10.08.030 Use of recreational devices restricted.
   It is unlawful for any person upon roller skates or riding any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device to go upon any roadway except while crossing a street or a crosswalk, and when crossing, the person shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to pedestrians.
