10.08.020 Failure to comply with regulations unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required by this chapter. It is unlawful for any person to wilfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of the police chief or of any fire department official.
