10.04.080 Procedure for Civil Traffic Cases.
   A.   The rules of procedure to be employed in determinations of whether or not a person is responsible for an offense under this Title shall be the Rules of Procedure in Civil Traffic Violation Cases, as enacted by the Arizona Supreme Court, Volume 17B Arizona Revised Statutes.
   B.   The citation or civil complaint and summons may be served by any method authorized by the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure. If service is made by certified mail, the return receipt shall be prima facie evidence of service.
